The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Alvyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alvyn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Pûg was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has money and likes to spend it
