Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He takes great joy in being the best Brewer in town.

History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Purban learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Purban's homeland. Purban decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barber for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
