History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Gomory reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Thiala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by her family

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
