Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shadow alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull red iron scale mail, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
