Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Vepar would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
