History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Doudra was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Farmer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
