Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Miller does. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Oppah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Oppah took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
