History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. William was a troubled youth. William decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
