History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Tippletoe was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: Tûhorn is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
