She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Arara hails from a village terrorized by drow. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and to settle down with her crush

History: Gaaki was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Maegan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
