History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She struck the Fletcher job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
