History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright mother left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
