Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Oskar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her hair is red and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cartwright. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student she started as a Detective, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family
