History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Criella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
