History: Born in the east to a Miller, Nalaed learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Miller. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
