Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Ahrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is greedy

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has shaved her head bald. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Masseuse, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Mardred never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
