History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tordrid was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kerkad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Kerkad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Kerkad has worked very hard to control his curse. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
