Description: He stands about 3'8" and wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. He has brown eyes and a tan hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Gerbo was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his long yellow fur kept up in a rat tail. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is greedy

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears her white hair down. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. He carries with him a set of crossbows on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Qemuel hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his youth he was a Scribe, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to pay off his debts
