Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again.
