Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Kathra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
