Description: An older man who is dressed in earthy colors with a green and black handkerchief worn on his left side, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Xappan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Yvonne is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Yvonne is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Yvonne hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
