Personality: Ovina wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... A true patriot, Ovina would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She struck the Banker job and began her own company from there.
