History: Cimer was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
