History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
