Description: She prefers to wear tan clothing when she does not wear armor. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.
History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Menny was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His purple hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His eyes are a pleasant silver.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Her eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Oolah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and he perpetually has his lance ready. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Sindri hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in lance use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Sindri was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and revenge
