Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
