Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Crampernap's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Gifted from a young age, Crampernap studied abroad. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Crampernap alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. John enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

History: Galiena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
