History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cimer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cimer. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oskar studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her first spouse was a Sailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
