History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
