Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Dell wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Dell was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dell decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
