He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Flogg was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his rapier, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Balam was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balam's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
