She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Havilar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
