History: Skirt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Skirt was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Skirt's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
