Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Vaina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
