History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age her mother died while driving off some dire rats. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in mace use. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
