History: Jak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
