Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Zâthra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often
