History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tod was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Chassath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nirgel studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
