History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Kipper abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to find somewhere to settle down
