History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Shava was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
