Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Qualen has worked very hard to control his curse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. After a long history of fighting, Ella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a violet scarf. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a flattop crest cut. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.
