History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emma was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: She usually wears her tan robe and has her dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has blue eyes.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Priest, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sailor business.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is greedy

Description: He is a mite stocky and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
