History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Servant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and blue robe with the hood down. His hair is cut close to his head. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Faran learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This northern woman wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available she will default to her quarterstaff. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
