History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Junk Dealer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Morgran was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Sumnes abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
