History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
