History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nirgel does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nirgel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sculptor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
