Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her club. She has dyed her greying copper crest a little too much giving a sharp copper color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. She has worked as a Crown-heir like her mother before her.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor. She carries a battered crossbow and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. She sports red long hair. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Alain does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Alain was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alain was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: She wears baggy brown pantaloons and a grey scarf. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly nunchakus and whips. Her hair is white and curly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
