History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. With wild brown hair. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Alain and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This light-skinned female wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is short and blonde. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
