Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Ubada and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bundrigo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's in love

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of dire rats
