History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Xappan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She takes great joy in being the best Engraver in town.

History: Born to a Weaver, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Edge was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Edge was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Edge decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor
